Abstract:Poraba energije, ki nastane zaradi uporabe energijsko neučinkovitih tehnologij, neustrezne nastavitve elementov energetskega sistema ter neučinkovitega obnašanja uporabnikov, predstavlja nepotreben strošek poslovanja podjetja oziroma obratovanja nestanovanjske stavbe.

Title:RECOMMISSIONING FOR MORE EFFICIENT USE OF ENERGY IN NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS
Abstract:Energy consumption that has been caused by the use of energy-inefficient technologies, inadequate adjustment of energy system elements and users inefficient behaviour, represents an unnecessary cost for enterprise in operational income of their non-residential buildings. Energy consumption can be reduced by actively implementing of energy efficiency measures and developing of a culture in personal responsibility for energy efficiency needs. The master's thesis deals with a process in which can be checked the current status of energy efficiency and can be defined the key performance indicators, also it can be carried out an energy audit of the building, non-investment energy efficiency measures or measures with a short repayment period and proper evaluated results which are reflected in the savings of energy and water. The systematic approach ensures the achievement of goals and savings. With an interdisciplinary approach we take care of technical issues as well as economic, financial, organizational and regulatory aspects of the energy system operation. The process of optimization serves as an introduction to energy management system, it shows the link between energy consumption and activity in the building, increases awareness of people about the importance of energy efficiency as well guides consumers to focus on new technical measures to reduce energy and water consumption.
Keywords:energy efficiency, optimization, systematic energy management, key indicators of energy, evaluation of non-investment measures
