Abstract:
Uvedba vitke organizacije v delovanje javne uprave je s prenovo procesov delovanja usmerjena k odpravljanju nepotrebnih aktivnosti in opravil ter maksimiranju vrednosti za kupce. Rezultati se izkazujejo tako na strani večje učinkovitosti kot tudi izboljšanju zadovoljstva zaposlenih. Smoter prenove procesov z uporabo orodij in tehnik vitke proizvodnje je povečanje produktivnosti zaposlenih in skrajšanje časa trajanja postopkov. Namen magistrske naloge je preučiti uporabnost metod vitke organizacije kot ustrezne rešitve za izvajanje nalog in opravil v upravni enoti.

Lean organization in the administrative unit
Abstract:
The implementation of lean organizations in the functioning of public administration is process reengineering actions aimed to eliminate unnecessary activities and tasks, and maximizing value for customers. Results are presented both to the greater efficiency as well as improving employee satisfaction. The aim of the reform processes using the tools and techniques of lean manufacturing is to increase employee productivity and shortening the duration of proceedings. The purpose of the master's thesis is to examine the usefulness of methods lean organizations as appropriate solutions for the tasks and jobs in the administrative unit.
