Abstract:
V zaključku smo podali predlog tehnične rešitve in s tem avtomatizacije postopka. Rešitev bo bistveno olajšala delo operaterjev in skrajšala čas odkrivanja okvare.

Title:
ANALYSIS OF SINGLE-PHASE FAULTS ON II. 20 kV SYSTEM IN ZGO RAVNE
Abstract:
The diploma work deals with the problem of detection and elimination of a single-phase-to earth faults on the II. 20 kV system in ZGO Ravne. Detection of earth faults can be a very time consuming process which is carried out by the operator step-by-step procedure. Analysis of the network in ZGO Ravne was performed for different operating conditions using a model constructed in Matlab/Simulink/SimPowerSystems. The obtained results were used for setting of the earth fault overcurrent protection. In conclusion, we have presented a proposal of technical solutions and thus the partial automation of the process. The solution will significantly facilitate the work of operators and shorten the time to detect of single-phase-to earth faults.
