Abstract:
V diplomskem delu na primeru podjetja Schwarzkopf Henkel predstavljamo strategije optimizacije material managementa. Pri tem se osredotočamo na strategije offshoringa, v okviru katerih podjetje v svoji oskrbovalni verigi vzpostavlja skupne storitvene centre ter pristojbinske pogodbene proizvajalce. V diplomski nalogi obravnavamo vzpostavitev tehnično kompetentnega centra v Mariboru in vzpostavitev pristojbinskega pogodbenega izvajalca na Slovaškem. Pri tem ugotavljamo posamezne korake v procesu optimizacije in pomen podpore informacijskega sistema. Obravnavani postopek predstavljamo kot primer dobre prakse, ki lahko služi kot vodilo ali model velikim proizvodnim podjetjem, ki se lotevajo optimizacij v material managementu.

OPTIMIZATION OF PROCESSES IN MATERIAL MANAGEMENT SCHWARZKOPF HENKEL
Abstract:
In the thesis we present the case of Schwarzkopf Henkel and its strategy of optimizing the process of material management. We focus on their offshoring strategies, within which the company establishes its shared sharing centers and toll manufacturing contract manufacturers in its supply chain. The diploma thesis deals with the establishment of a technical support center in Maribor and the establishment of a toll manufacturing contract manufacturer in Slovakia. We represent the individual steps of the optimization process and illustrate the importance of a supporting information system. We present the case as an example of good practice that can serve as a guide or a model for manufacturing companies that address the optimization of their material management.
