Abstract:	Vse življenje se vsakodnevno in neprestano odločamo. V literaturi lahko zasledimo, da je odločanje mentalni proces, zavedni ali nezavedni, znotraj katerega izbiramo med več variantami. V proučevani organizaciji so se odločili za zamenjavo požarne pregrade. V okviru diplomske naloge smo zato izgradili odločitveni model, izbrali požarno pregrado ter jo vgradili v njihovo okolje. Za izgradnjo modela smo izbrali metodo ekspertnih sistemov na področju večkriterijskega odločanja z uporabo programa DEXi. Pri izgradnji modela smo upoštevali potrebe in želje zaposlenih, obenem pa smo pregledali literaturo ter specifikacije požarnih pregrad. Končno oceno programa DEXi smo predstavili vodstvu, ki je na podlagi potreb in analize izbral najprimernejšo varianto požarne pregrade. Izbrano požarno pregrado smo nastavili glede na potrebe podjetja in jo vgradili v okolje. Uporaba odločitvenega modela omogoča metodološki, ponovljiv ter transparenten pristop pri izbiri variant, obenem pa tudi pohitri samo izbiro. V današnjem času si zaradi hude konkurence težko privoščimo izbiranje na podlagi občutka, obenem pa mora biti izbira ustrezna zahtevanim kriterijem in izbrana znotraj pričakovanega časovnega okvira.

Title:	Selection and implementation of firewall in company Zelinka d.o.o.
Abstract:	In our life, we are making constant decisions. In the literature, we can find that decision is mental process, conscious or unconscious, in which we choose among different variants. Studied organization has decided to replace firewall. In thesis, we have constructed a decision model, selected the firewall and implemented it in their environment. For building the model, we have chosen the method of expert systems for multicriteria decision-making and used the program DEXi. In designing the model, we took into account the needs and aspirations of employees, while we reviewed the literature and specifications firewalls. The final evaluation of the program DEXi we have presented to leadership, which based on the needs and analysis choose the most suitable variant of the firewall. Chosen firewall was configured according to the needs of the company and was implemented into the environment. Decision model enables a methodological, repeatable and transparent approach in the selection of variants, but also speeds up the process of choosing. In today's world due to fierce competition, it is difficult to afford the selection based on a hunch. Selection must be made based on the required criteria and done within the expected timeframe.
