Abstract:
Organizacijska struktura je pomembna z vidika možnosti doseganja ciljev podjetja. Po drugi strani pa so tudi cilji pogosto podrejeni organizacijski strukturi. V praksi se pogosto dogaja, da organizacijska struktura ne prispeva dovolj k uresničevanju ciljev in strategije podjetja. To je posledica premajhne sposobnosti prilagajanja spremenjenim pogojem, ki nastopajo na tržišču. Zato je glavni namen diplomskega dela prikazati pomen ustrezne organizacijske strukture za doseganje zastavljenih ciljev podjetja. Na primeru zunanjetrgovinskega podjetja smo želeli prikazati delovanje organizacijskih struktur v praksi in njihov pomen za uspešnost podjetja.

BUILDING AN EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATION IN THE COMPANY X
Abstract:
Organizational structure is important from aspect of possibility achieving of goals of company. On the other hand also goals are subordinated organizational structures often. It happens often that organizational structure doesn't contribute enough to realization of goals and strategy of company. That is often one of the effect of too small ability for adapting to changing conditions that they perform on market. On example foreign trade company we wish to show how important are organizational structures for efficiency of companies.
