Abstract:
Vsaka gospodarska družba mora ob koncu obračunskega obdobja pripraviti letno poročilo za zunanje poročanje. Vsebine letnega poročila se razlikujejo in so zakonsko predpisane (ZGD-1), v kolikšnem obsegu mora posamezna gospodarska družba poročati. V diplomskem delu smo predstavili obveznosti za pripravo letnega poročila, hkrati pa poudarili pomen analize za sestavo letnega poročila družbe. Za zunanje poročanje morajo majhne družbe poročati z bilanco stanja in izkazom poslovnega izida ter pojasnili k izkazom. V diplomskem delu smo predstavili pomen poslovnega poročila tudi za majhne družbe. Naredili smo analizo poslovanja družbe X d.o.o. in sestavili poslovno poročilo omenjene družbe.

ANALYSIS OF OPERATION FOR THE PREPARATION OF TE ANNUAL REPORT SMALL BUSINESS
Abstract:
Every company has to prepare an annual report for external reporting at the end of the reporting period. The contents of the annual report vary and are set by law (Corporations Act)-1) to what extend an individual company has to report. The thesis presents the obligations for preparing the annual report and at the same time stresses the importance of the business analysis for composing the company’s annual report. For external reporting purposes small companies have to prepare a balance sheet, an income statement as well as the notes to the financial statements. The thesis also presents the importance of the business report for small companies. The business analysis of the company X l.l.c. and the business report of the mentioned company were made.
