Abstract:
Mala in mikro podjetja igrajo veliko vlogo v razvoju gospodarstva države, služijo kot sredstvo trdnega in razvijajočega se gospodarstva, saj vplivajo na nižjo brezposelnost in istočasno predstavljajo nov vir zaposlovanja. »Umrljivost« malih podjetij je zelo visoka. Zato je preživetje malih podjetij postalo strateški faktor v državah v razvoju in v razvitih državah. Že več opravljenih raziskav je pokazalo, da je pomanjkanje strateškega planiranja v malih podjetjih eden izmed ključnih dejavnikov za njihov propad. Strateško planiranje je mišljeno kot ključno orodje uspešnosti podjetja. Z uporabo strateškega planiranja lahko lastniki malih in mikro podjetij v Sloveniji predvidijo turbulentne dejavnike okolja, ki vplivajo na podjetniško obnašanje. Predvidevanje in upravljanje z dejavniki okolja lahko vpliva na manjši indeks umrljivosti podjetij. Namen te naloge je bilo ugotoviti ali strateško planiranje vpliva na uspešnost malih in mikro podjetij v Sloveniji v Podravski in Pomurski regiji. Študija primera je zajela 10 malih in mikro podjetij. Rezultati naloge kažejo na pomembno povezavo med procesom strateškega planiranja in njegove implementacije z uspešnostjo podjetij.

Influence of strategic planning process on efficiency of small and micro firms
Abstract:
Small businesses play an important role in the development of a country and serve as a means to sustain and grow economies because small businesses contribute to lowering unemployment as well as generate new sources of employment. The small business mortality indices, however, are very high. The survival of small businesses has become a strategic factor in the economies of developed and developing countries. Research has demonstrated a lack of strategic planning to be a key reason for business failure. Strategical planning is considered a key tool for business success. Small businesses owners in Slovenia using strategic planning may predict environmental turbulence factors that inhibit business performance. Predicting and managing the factors may reduce the mortality indices. The purpose of this study was to find out if strategic planning proces impact on small business succes in Slovenia, in region Podravje and region Pomurje. Teh case study consisted of 10 small businesses. Results showed a significant relationship between the strategic planning process and the planning implementation with the business success.
