Abstract:
V magistrski nalogi smo analizirali vpliv gospodarske krize v Sloveniji in ugotovili, da so mnoga gradbena podjetja propadla. Na osnovi metode študija primera tujega gradbenega podjetja smo prikazali, kako se je podjetju v času nastopa gospodarske krize z virom tveganega kapitala uspelo izogniti vplivom krize in posledično ustvariti še uspešnejše podjetje.

Title:
Venture capital as source of founding slovenian construction companies
Abstract:
In this master thesis we analyze the impact of the economic crisis in Slovenia and found that, many construction companies collapsed. Based on the case study of a foreign construction company, we have shown how the company during the economic crisis, with a support of a venture capital managed to avoid the impact of the crisis and consequently, to create an even more successful company.
