Abstract:
Spremljanje stroškov po SM in SN je bistveno za doseganje želenih uspehov, kajti ko so stroški obdelani in spremljani na najvišji ravni, jih lahko analiziramo, predvsem pa nadziramo ter z njimi upravljamo tako, da imamo za posledico višje outpute od vloženih inputov. To pa je tudi bistvo vsakega poslovnega procesa in vsakega podjetja na splošno.

Abstract:
Monitoring costs by cost centres and cost units is an essential precondition for successfully achieving goals, because monitoring and processing of costs on the highest level allow their analysis, but most of all provide means of controlling and managing them. This results in the increase of outputs over inputs, which is the key focus of every business event and every company in general.
