Title:ZDRAVSTVENO-HIGIENSKI REŽIM V VRTCU

Abstract:Diplomsko delo predstavlja zdravstveno-higienski režim v vrtcu. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljen zdravstveno-higienski režim v vrtcu, skrb za zdravje in varnost otrok ter zaposlenih, preventivni ukrepi zoper obolelosti in poškodbe in HACCP sistem. Predstavljen je tudi Vrtec Jadvige Golež Maribor in organiziranost dela v vrtcu. V empiričnem delu smo predstavili rezultate anonimne anketne raziskave, izvedene v Vrtcu Jadvige Golež Maribor med 72 zaposlenimi v vrtcu. Vprašalniki so zajemali nekatera ključna vprašanja zaprtega in odprtega tipa. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti, ali obstajajo odstopanja v organizaciji dela in izvedbi zdravstveno-higienskega režima med organizatorji prehrane in zdravstveno-higienskega režima, ali so zaposleni v vrtcu seznanjeni s področji delovanja organizatorja prehrane in zdravstvenega režima in ali se nanj obračajo po nasvet ali po pomoč. Zanimalo nas je ali so zaposleni v vrtcu zadovoljni z obliko sodelovanja, ki jo organizator prehrane in zdravstveno-higienskega režima izbira in ali menijo, da združevanje organizatorjev prehrane in zdravstveno-higienskega režima v aktiv na ravni Maribora dviguje kakovost njihovega delovanja. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da obstajajo odstopanja pri organizaciji zdravstveno-higienskega režima med vrtci. Med zaposlenimi v vrtcih obstajajo odstopanja pri poznavanju zdravstveno-higienskega režima. Zaposleni v vrtcu so dobro osveščeni s področji delovanja organizatorja zdravstveno-higienskega režima. Zaposleni v vrtcu se pogosto obračajo po pomoč k organizatorju zdravstveno-higienskega režima in so zadovoljni z obliko sodelovanja. Glede združevanja organizatorjev zdravstveno-higienskega režima v aktiv na ravni Maribora, so rezultati raziskave potrdili, da obstajajo med zaposlenimi v vrtcu odstopanja od poznavanja njihovega delovanja.

Title:HEALTH AND HYGIENE REGIMEN IN PRESCHOOLS
Abstract:The present diploma thesis deals with the topic of the health and safety regimen in preschool. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the health and safety regimen in preschool, which includes care for the health and safety of the children and staff in preschool, preventative measures to avoid illness and injuries, and the HACCP system. The preschool Vrtec Jadvige Golež Maribor and the organisation of work in this preschool are also presented. The empirical part of the thesis presents the results of an anonymous survey in the form of a questionnaire, conducted among 72 employees of the preschool Vrtec Jadvige Golež Maribor. The questionnaires included some key open-ended and closed-ended questions. The aim of the survey was to establish whether there are discrepancies in terms of work organisation and carrying out the health and hygiene regimen between nutritionists and health and hygiene regimen organisers, whether the preschool employees are familiar with the work areas of the nutritionist and health regimen organiser and whether they come to this person for advice or help. The survey tried to establish if the preschool employees are satisfied with the form of cooperation, chosen by the nutritionist and health and hygiene regimen organiser and whether they believe that uniting the nutritionists and the health and hygiene regimen organisers into an association on city level in Maribor would improve the quality of their work. The results of the survey indicate that there are discrepancies in terms of work organisation with regards to the health and hygiene regimen among preschools. There are also deviations between preschool employees in terms of knowledge about the health and hygiene regimen. Findings show that preschool employees are well informed and acquainted with the work areas of the health and hygiene regimen organiser. Preschool employees often seek help from the health and hygiene regimen organiser and are satisfied with the form of cooperation. With regards to the association of health and hygiene regimen organisers in Maribor, the results indicate that there are deviations among preschool employees in terms of familiarity with their work.
