Abstract:V diplomskem delu z naslovom Stres na delovnem mestu vzgojitelja smo v teoretičnem delu zbrali podatke o pozitivnem in negativnem stresu. V tem delu so bile z deskriptivno metodo empiričnega pedagoškega raziskovanja preverjene in ovrednotene zastavljene hipoteze.

Title:STRESS IN PRESCHOOL TEACHER WORKPLACE
Abstract:In the theoretical part of the diploma paper entitled Stress in preschool teacher workplace we have gathered information about the positive and the negative stress, stress management and stress in preschool teacher workplace. We have focused on stress detection techniques and manners of eliminating stress. We have also researched when stressful situation lead to physical exhaustion and how preschool teachers deal with it. The empirical part presents results of a study carried out in order to determine whether negative stress of a preschool teacher influences his work in the kindergarten and whether the preschool teacher has experienced at least one stressful situation in the work place. Results have been obtained from a questionnaire intended for preschool teachers of Primary School Lenart –Kindergarten Unit. 34 preschool teachers have taken part in the research that has been carried out in December 2015. The set hypotheses have been verified and evaluated with descriptive method of empirical pedagogical research. Results obtained from the questionnaires clearly show that every preschool teacher has experienced at least one stressful situation in the work place. Frequent stressful situations also lead to exhaustion and subsequently to burnout. But results show that stress of a preschool teacher does not influence his work.
