Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo izdelali emulator bralnega pomnilnika za emulacijo ROM-ov v realnem času. Tipična uporaba takega emulatorja je posnemanje ROM-a v avtomobilskem mikroračunalniku, ki krmili delovanje motorja z notranjim zgorevanjem. Parametre (vrednosti v ROM-u) se spreminja z osebnim računalnikom med delovanjem avtomobilskega motorja, tako da se lahko spremlja odziv na narejene spremembe. Predstavljeno je načrtovanje ROM emulatorja z izbiro posameznih sestavnih delov, njegova izdelava s konstruiranjem tiskanega vezja ter izdelava programske opreme za mikrokrmilnik in osebni računalnik.

Title:
READ-ONLY MEMORY EMULATOR FOR CAR MICROCOMPUTER
Abstract:
A read-only memory emulator for real-time ROM emulation has been designed in this diploma work. A typical use of this emulator is ROM emulation of a car microcomputer, which controls internal combustion engine. Parameters (values in ROM) can be changed with a personal computer during car engine running, such that reaction to changes, which are made in real-time, can be observed. The design of ROM emulator with a selection of components, construction of the printed circuit board, microcontroller and personal computer programming is presented.
