Abstract:	Živimo v družbi in času, ko se vse več ljudi znajde v stiski zaradi izgube službe ali pa na trg dela šele vstopa. V kolikor nimamo pravih poznanstev, je pot do zaposlitve dolgotrajna in stresna, kar močno vpliva na posameznika in njegovo okolico. Ker je povpraševanja po delu veliko več kot ponudbe, se delodajalci dnevno srečujejo z gorami prijav na zaposlitev, katerim se v celoti sploh nimajo časa posvetiti in tako po nekem ključu izbirajo ustrezne kandidate za nadaljnje razgovore. In ravno ti ključi so bit tega diplomskega dela in so predmet raziskave. Skozi diplomsko delo sem predstavila komunikacijo, spremno pismo, življenjepis in zaposlitveni razgovor. Sledi primerjalna analiza dveh oblik življenjepisa (Europass življenjepis in kreativni življenjepis) in prijave na zaposlitev (klasično in kreativno spremno pismo). V raziskavi sem želela ugotoviti, kaj delodajalce bolj pritegne, kaj jih prepriča, da kandidata dejansko želijo spoznati in dobi priložnost na zaposlitvenem razgovoru.

Title:	Comparative analysis of two forms of cv and application for employment
Abstract:	We live in a time and society, in which more and more people find themselves in distress due to job loss or are only entering the labor market. If we do not have the right connections, the path towards employment can prove tedious and stressful, resulting in a significant impact on the individual and his environment. Because there is more demand than work available, employers encounter huge amounts of applications, for which they cannot commit enough time and, thus, select appropriate candidates for further interviews according to an undefined key. Therefore, these undefined keys are the essence of this diploma paper and the subject of research. The first part of this diploma paper presents communication strategies, the characteristics of cover letters, curricula vitae and job interviews. It is followed by a comparative analysis of two forms of curriculum vitae (Europass curriculum vitae and creative curriculum vitae) and job applications (classic and creative cover letter). Whereas, in the research, I wanted to establish what attracts the attention of employers more and what, in reality, convinces them to invite the candidate to a job interview.
