Abstract:	Diplomsko delo z naslovom Igranje, raziskovanje in učenje v nemškem jeziku v vrtcu obravnava zgodnje učenje in poučevanje tujega jezika v vrtcu. Namen diplomske naloge je predstaviti različne vidike učenja in poučevanja tujega jezika v predšolskem obdobju oziroma sodoben pristop poučevanja tujega jezika v vrtcu. Prav tako predstavljamo nekatere vrzeli pri poučevanju tujega jezika v vrtcu ter ponujamo spodbude in rešitve za uspešno poučevanje in učenje tujega jezika že na predšolski stopnji. Na podlagi mnenj raziskovalcev, strokovnjakov in lastnih izkušenj priporočamo začetek učenja in usvajanja tujega jezika v zgodnjem otroštvu. Prav tako predstavljamo integracijo tujega jezika v vzgojno-izobraževalno delo v vrtcu. V praktičnem delu naloge na podlagi dveh vsebinskih sklopov ponujamo primer ustreznega pristopa pri integraciji nemškega jezika v vrtcu. V sklopa smo zajeli vsa področja s cilji, metodami in oblikami ter sredstvi, ki jih potrebujemo za izvedbo posamezne dejavnosti.

Title:	PLAY, RESEARCH AND LEARNING IN GERMAN IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION
Abstract:	This Bachelor’s thesis, titled Playing, Exploring and Learning in German at a Kindergarten deals with early foreign language learning and teaching. The aim of the thesis is to present different aspects of foreign language learning and teaching during the pre-school period, i.e. a modern approach to foreign language teaching in kindergarten. We also present some of the gaps in foreign language teaching in kindergarten, as well as provide incentives and possible solutions that allow successful foreign language learning and teaching as early as during the pre-school period. Based on opinions of researchers and experts, and on personal experience, we recommend that children start learning and acquiring a foreign language in their early childhood. We also describe how a foreign language can be integrated into educational activities at the kindergarten. In the practical part of the thesis, we provide an example of an appropriate approach to integrating German into kindergarten activities, based on two content sets. The sets comprises all educational areas and includes goals, methods, forms and means required to implement each activity.
