Title:Razlike med slovensko in arabsko kulturo pri poslovnem komuniciranju

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo najprej pojasnili, kaj pravzaprav je poslovno komuniciranje, kaj medkulturno komuniciranje in kaj vse zajema pojem kulture. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili značilnosti arabske in slovenske kulture v okviru poslovnega komuniciranja, na koncu pa izpostavili bistvene razlike med njima. Pri poslovanju v mednarodnem okolju je uspešna medkulturna komunikacija izjemnega pomena. Med seboj namreč poslujejo osebe, ki prihajajo iz različnih držav. Zato je za uspešno mednarodno poslovanje pomembno spoznavanje in razumevanje kulture sogovornika, upoštevanje pravil in načinov govorjenja, ki so značilni za njegovo kulturo. Ko smo primerjali značilnosti poslovanja v slovenski in arabski kulturi, smo ugotovili, da se med seboj zelo razlikujeta. V arabski kulturi so poslovni odnosi bolj sproščeni in neformalni. Pri poslovanju so pomembni predvsem osebni odnosi, družinske vezi in zaupanje. Na način njihovega poslovanja pa ima velik vpliv vera. V slovenski kulturi so odnosi bolj formalni in zadržani. Značilnosti njihovega poslovanja so predvsem racionalnost, struktura, točnost in postopki. Če želimo poslovati z Arabci, je pomembno, da najprej spoznamo njihovo kulturo in način njihovega poslovanja.

Title:The differences between the slovenian and arab culture in businss communication
Abstract:In this thesis, we first clarify what exactly is business communication, what intercultural communication and what it covers the notion of culture. Below we present the characteristics of the Arabic and Slovenian culture within the business communication, end up being highlighted significant differences between them. When doing business in an international environment is a successful intercultural communication of utmost importance. Among them is business people who come from different countries. Therfore , a successful international business relevant knowledge and understanding of the culture recipient, compliance with the rules and ways of speaking that are specific to the culture. When we compared the characteristics of operations in Slovenian and Arab culture, we find that it is very different. In Arab culture we have business relationships more relaxed and informal. In business are especially important personal relationships, family relationships and trust. On the way their business has a major influence religion. The Slovenian cultural relations are more formal and reserved. Characteristics of their business are primarily rational, structure, accuracy and procedures. If we want to deal with the Arabs, it is important to first learn about their culture and their way of doing business.
