Abstract:
Spremenjeni pogoji poslovanja, ki jih je v prvi meri prinesel tehnološki razvoj in globalizacija so vplivali tudi na ponudnike turističnih storitev pri nas. vpliv je zaznati v upadu prihodkov v opazovanem obdobju in poslabšanju EBITDA v opazovanem obdobju. spremenile so se vsled tega tudi nakupne navade kupcev, ki dodatno vplivajo na poslovanje.
