Abstract:Vsak s svojimi izkušnjami, doživljanjem prispeva k raznolikosti, kar pa je lahko tudi razlog za nastanek konfliktov. Dojemanje samega sebe, naši odnosi do drugih, vrednote in pogledi imajo vpliv na način, kako pristopimo h konfliktu oziroma jih rešujemo. Zaradi negativnega odnosa do konflikta, veliko le-the žal ostane nerešenih. Konfliktom se izogibamo, koliko se lahko. Konflikt moramo videti kot priložnost za sprostitev, soočanje različnih mnenj in interesov, kar pripomore k bolj produktivnemu in kreativnemu delu v organizaciji. V učinkovitem komuniciranju lahko najdemo odgovor, kako vzdrževati dobre odnose, saj nas neučinkovita komunikacija vodi v nesoglasja, konflikte, spore in nam prinaša veliko negativnih čustev. Komunikacija je zato zelo pomembna veščina, ki jo je potrebno osvojiti, če želimo biti uspešni. Posledice konfliktov so lahko pozitivne in negativne. Po eni strani konflikti spodbujajo razvoj in je tako določena mera konfliktov pozitivna in zaželjena. Po drugi strani pa lahko delujejo razdiralno na organizacijo, jo celo uničijo. Tako je nujno potrebno raven konfliktov skrbno uravnavati. Konkurenčno prednost organizacije je trajnejši prednostni položaj, ki si ga organizacija ustvari na trgu. To pa organizaciji omogoča večjo uspešnost. Organizacija mora vzpostaviti pozitiven odnos do konfliktov, zavedati se mora da le-ti lahko pripomorejo k bolj optimalnim, kvalitetnim medsebojnim odnosom.

Title:UNDERSTANDING AND RESOLVING CONFLICTS AS A COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE
Abstract:Each with their own experience, an experience that contributes to diversity,which can be a reason for the emergence of conflicts. The perception of ourselves, our relationship to others, values and views have an impact on the way we approach to the conflict or solve them. Because of negative attitude to the conflict, many of the latter, unfortunately, remains unresolved. Avoid conflicts, if you can. The conflict should be seen as an opportunity for relaxation, confrontation of different views and interests, which contributes to a more productive and creative work in the organization. The effective communication we can find the answer on how to maintain good relations, because we inefficient communication leads to disagreements, conflicts, disputes and brings us a lot of negative emotions. Communication is therefore a very important skill that you need to win if we want to be successful. Consequences of the conflict can be positive and negative. On one side of the conflict encourage the development in such a degree that conflict is positive and desirable. On the other hand, they can act disruptive to the organization, and even destroy it. Thus, it is necessary to carefully regulate the level of conflict. The competitive advantage is the organization's permanent advantageous position, which organization creates it in the market. This allows an organization to greater success. The organization must establish a positive attitude towards the conflict and realize that they can contribute to a more optimal, quality mutual relations.
