Abstract:V diplomskem delu so predstavljeni Zasebni vrtec Sonček d. o. o., redni letni razgovori in prizadevanja zaposlenih v vrtcu za implementacijo le-tega v redno prakso. V prvem delu smo podali teoretično podlago rednih letnih razgovorov.

Title:REGULAR ANNUAL INTERVIEW IN ZASEBNI VRTEC SONČEK, VARSTVO, VZGOJA IN IZOBRAŽEVANJE D.O.O.
Abstract:The thesis deals with the Private Kindergarten Sonček d. o. o., the annual performance review and the kindergarten's effort to implement it on a regular basis. The first part of the thesis presents the theoretical background of annual performance reviews and touches on their significance for the organisation and the content of such reviews. Moreover, it provides insight into the process of implementing annual performance reviews and discusses the key elements contributing to the success of this management tool. It contains the theoretical basics for the preparation and implementation of reviews, defines the activities prior to and after the review, and explores the conditions that need to be observed for a successful review. The practical part of the thesis presents the Private Kindergarten Sonček d. o. o., and its process of introducing annual performance reviews into the regular practice. We used our findings regarding the experience of the employees as the basis for the critical points that proved to be instrumental in past failure. The goal was to provide a proposal for the introduction of the entire system of annual performance reviews. The starting point for the research was developed using assessed results of a survey among the employees of the organisation on their previous experience with annual performance reviews. The organisation and its staff are relatively young and lack long-term experience within the organisation. To this end, we focused on more general facts influencing the (dis)satisfaction of the employees with this type of communication, examining whether they took part in annual performance reviews in this organisation or previous employment or not.
