Abstract:	Namen diplomskega dela Razredni management je ugotoviti, kako se v današnjem času učitelji soočajo z razrednim managementom, katere strategije uporabljajo pri vodenju samega razreda ter kakšen je vpliv strokovnih izobraževanj o vodenju razreda na njihovo profesionalno delo. Zanimali sta nas vrsta disciplinskih problemov, s katerimi se soočajo, in pogostost uporabe strategij nagrajevanja in strategij kaznovanja. V okviru tega smo ugotavljali tudi, kako pogosto se učitelji poslužujejo proaktivnih in kako pogosto preventivnih strategij. V teoretičnem delu smo se osredotočili predvsem na vlogo učiteljev, na pomen učiteljskih kompetenc, na strategije vodenja razreda in na razčlenjevanje pomena discipline. V empiričnem delu so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave, ki je bila izpeljana na osnovnih šolah v Mariboru z okolico ter v Celju z okolico in v kateri je sodelovalo 100 učiteljev od prvega do petega razreda. Analiza je bila narejena na podlagi anonimnega vprašalnika, ki smo ga analizirali glede na razred poučevanja, leta izkušenj s poučevanjem ter udeležbo na izobraževanjih s tematiko vodenja razreda.

Title:	CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT
Abstract:	The purpose of this graduation thesis, entitled Classroom management, is to determine, how teachers nowadays are dealing with the classroom management, which strategies do they use when managing the classroom and how strong is the influence of professional education from the field of the classroom management on their professional work. We were interested in types of disciplinary problems the teachers are facing with and how frequently teachers use the strategies of rewarding and strategies of punishment. In this context we were also interested in how often teachers use proactive and preventive strategies. In the theoretical part our focus was primarily on the role of the teachers, on the meaning of teacher's competences, on the strategies of the classroom management and on the analysis of the importance of discipline. The results of the research that was conducted in the elementary schools in Maribor and Celje and in their wider surroundings, are represented in the empirical part. 100 teachers from the first to the fifth grade were included in this research. The analysis was made based on the anonymous questionnaire, which we than evaluated according to the grade of teaching, years of experiences and participation on the professional educations from the field of classroom management.
