Abstract:
Diplomsko delo obravnava izobraževanje in motivacijo zaposlenih na poštnih okencih s strani mobilnih bančnih svetovalcev. V teoretičnem delu osvetljuje izobraževanje, motivacijo, predstavi Poštno banko Slovenije ter izobraževanje in motiviranje poštnih uslužbencev. Pri izobraževanju so predstavljene različne oblike izobraževanja, s področja motivacije se seznanimo z različnimi motivacijskimi teorijami in pobližje še z oblikami in metodami motivacije ter izobraževanjem poštnih uslužbencev s strani Poštne banke Slovenije. Potrjuje pomen in vlogo mobilnih bančnih svetovalcev za pospeševanje prodaje bančnih produktov na poštnih okencih. Podaja predloge izboljšav dela mobilnih bančnih svetovalcev za doseganje še boljših prodajnih rezultatov in podaja ideje za izboljšanje poslovnega modela prodaje bančnih storitev PBS preko pogodbenega partnerja Pošte Slovenije.

MOTIVATION AND EDUCATION OF EMPLOYEES AT POST OFFICES BY THE MOBILE BANKING ADVISERS
Abstract:
This diploma discusses education and motivation of postal clerks by mobile banking consultants. In the theoretical part, the thesis highlights education and motivation, it presents Poštna Banka Slovenije and education and motivation of postal clerks. In the education part the different forms of education are presented, when it comes to motivation we are introduced with different motivational theories. We learn up close about forms and methods of motivation and education of postal clerks by mobile banking consultants. The diploma confirms the significance and role of mobile banking consultants in order to enhance sales of bank products at the postal counters. It suggests work improvements of mobile banking consultants in order to achieve even better results and gives ideas to improve the business model of selling bank services via a partner company Pošta Slovenije.
