Abstract:
Politika prinesi svojo napravo je v zadnjih letih postala trend. Organizacije želijo z njeno vpeljavo znižati stroške nakupa nove strojne opreme in ponuditi zaposlenim večjo fleksibilnost pri delu. Zaposleni v politiki vidijo možnost subvencioniranja lastnih naprav ter povečano mobilnost. Naprave v lasti zaposlenih so iz vidika informacijskega sistema neznanke, ki predstavljajo varnostne grožnje za sistem. V magistrskem delu predstavljamo rezultate sistematičnega pregleda literature primerjave varnosti informacijskega sistema pred in po vpeljavi politike ter primerjalnega eksperimenta namenskih programskih rešitev za upravljanje z mobilnimi napravami zaposlenih. Podajamo tudi smernice za nadaljnje delo na področju vpliva politike prinesi svojo naprav na varnost informacijskih sistemov.

Title:
Impact of "bring your own device policy" on the security of IT systems
Abstract:
Bring your own device policy has become a trend in recent years. Organisations see the policy a a oppritunity to reduce hadware costs and offer emplyees a more flexible workplace. Employees see the policy as an oppritunity to subsidise own devices and increase ones mobility. Employee owned devices present unknows for existing information system and present a security threat. In the thesis we present the results gathered with systematic literature review on comparison of security before and after implementation of bring your own device policy and results of comparison experiment in which device managment sulutions were tested. Additionaly, guideliness for further reserch in the field of impact of bring your own device policy on the security of IT systems, are given.
