Abstract:Organizacijska kultura je zelo širok pojem. V diplomski nalogi bo s pomočjo vprašalnika OCAI avtorjev Camerona in Quinna izmerjena organizacijska kultura v Zdravstvenem domu Kranj.

Title:ORGANIZATION CULTURE IN THE HEALTH CENTER KRANJ
Abstract:Organizational culture is a very broad concept. It is a set of employees’ values, beliefs and attitudes. It is a kind of a common mindset of the people within an organization that develops and changes over time. It is a kind of a pattern as to how the employees carry out their work and achieve their objectives, a pattern of opinions and rules. It is closely linked to the organization’s performance and very important for the realisation of the company's strategy. It influences the motivation of employees, working atmosphere and organizational conduct. Organizational culture is carried out in three phases: analysis phase, assessment phase, and design phase. In the first phase the existing organizational culture is analysed, whereas in the second phase there are examined the strategy and set objectives as well as their accord or disaccord with the organizational culture. The design phase is the result of the first two. If the first two phases are in accord, it is reasonable to maintain the existing culture; if not, the culture needs to be changed. Organizational culture can be measured. There exist different culture typologies as well as different types of questionnaires. In this thesis, the organizational culture in Kranj Health Centre will be measured based on the OCAI questionnaire by Cameron and Quinn.
