Abstract:V magistrskem delu smo predstavili program socialne vključenosti.

Title:Professional satisfaction of the socially included programme executives
Abstract:In this thesis, we presented a programme of social inclusion. We tried to determine professional (dis)satisfaction of social inclusion programme providers. We also tried to determine the extent to which they use the means work hygiene implementation. Since we assume that the use of means of work hygiene (eg. supervision, intervision) may affect the professional satisfaction, we have focused on this aspect. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. In the theoretical part we used the descriptive research method which gave us the theoretical guidelines for further research. We also used the method of compilation, which enables the use of printouts, statements, quotations from both domestic and foreign authors. In the empirical part the data initially collected through a questionnaire was analyzed in a descriptive quantitative process. The data was presented through descriptive and inference statistics and processed with SPSS program. The analysis of the results reveals considerable professional satisfaction of the implementers of the program. We found, however, that the program providers with higher professional education are dissatisfied with the work and their payment. We found that half of the program providers do not implement the model of collective professional integration, such as individual or group supervision. They do, however, realize, how important it is to implement the programme. We therefore propose the supervision introduction for the programme providers who do not yet carry it out. The programme providers should also be promoted into higher pay grade. Furthermore, they should also be relived of excess work since they are given additional tasks. These methods would enable programme providers to increase their skills and personal growth; their work would also become more interesting and appealing.
