Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi smo razvili prototipno rešitev elektronskega spremljanja napredka učencev v vzgojno-izobraževalnem zavodu. Prikazali smo možnost vodenja dokumentacije z uporabo informacijske tehnologije. Zgradili smo relacijski podatkovni model, ki je osnova za podatkovne tabele, v katerih so sistematično razvrščeni podatki. Programska rešitev je izdelana v okolju Microsoft Access 2016. Razvita rešitev je namenjena demonstraciji brezpapirnega poslovanja. Za nadaljnji razvoj prototipa smo predlagali postopek prenosa rešitve v spletno okolje s strežniškim delom in odjemalcem.

PROTOTYPE SOLUTION FOR MONITORING CHILDREN’S DEVELOPMENT IN AN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION
Abstract:
This diploma paper presents a prototype solution of electronic monitoring of students' progress in educational institutions. It shows the possibility of keeping records with the use of information technology. A relational data model has been built, which is the basis for tables containing systematically placed data. The programme solution has been made using Microsoft Access 2016 software. This solution intended to demonstrate a paperless office. To further develop the prototype, it is suggested to transfer the solution into the web environment with server and client part.
