Abstract:	Primarna in sekundarna dejavnost se močno povezujeta. Brez primarne dejavnosti ne bi bilo sekundarnih, brez sekundarnih dejavnosti pa se primarna ne bi mogla povečevati in preurejati, saj gre večina dobička od sekundarnih dejavnosti v primarno. Če hočemo slediti novostim in izstopati iz konkurence, moramo nenehno vlagati v razvoj in izboljšavo. Z organizacijo enkratnih dogodkov se podjetje Jože Dodig, s. p., ukvarja že približno dvajset let, a še vedno nima zapisanih postopkov in tabel, ki bi pripomogli k hitrejši pripravi, organizaciji, izvedbi ter analizi dogodka. Problem se kaže pri pripravi kateregakoli dogodka. Treba je določiti sodelujoče pri organizaciji ter opredeliti in razdeliti delo za vsakega posebej. Problem se kaže tudi pri analizi stroškov in zato bomo analizirali pretekle dogodke ter nato ugotavljali, kje se še da povečati končni dobiček. Pri tem je zelo pomemben nakup hrane in pijače. Izbrati je treba prave dobavitelje s sprejemljivo ceno. Poiskati je treba način, kako izstopati od kunkurence.

Title:	PREPARATION OF ORGANIZATION ONE-TIME EVENTS AS SECUNDARY CATERING ACTIVITY
Abstract:	The primary and the secondary activity are strongly connected. Without the primary activities secondary couldn’t be produced, without secondary activity, the primary would not have been able to increase and remodel, as it goes most of the profit from the secondary activities in the primary. If we want to follow the innovations and to stand out from the competition, we continually invest in the development and improvement. With the organisation of one-time events, the company Jože Dodig, s. p., has been involved in about twenty years but still don’t have any written procedures and tables, which would contribute to faster preparation, organisation, execution and analysis of the event. The Problem is reflected in the preparation of any event. It is necessary to determine the participating in the organization and to identify and distribute the work for each event separately. The Problem is also evident in the analysis of the costs and, therefore, we will analyze past events and then try to find out where else to increase the final profit. This is a very important purchase of food and beverages. We need to select the right suppliers with reasonable price. We need to fin out how to stand out from the competitions.
