Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je opisana posodobitev merilnika momenta homokinetičnega zgloba, ki sem jo izvedel v podjetju GKN. Meritev momenta je izvedena s pomočjo BURSTER merilnika, Siemens SIWAREX modula in Siemens krmilnika S7-1200, uporabniški vmesnik pa je realiziran na zaslonu na dotik TP 700 COMFORT proizvajalca Siemens. Programi za krmilnik in uporabniški vmesnik so bili realizirani v razvojnem okolju TIA PORTAL V13. Končni program nam omogoča avtomatizacijo celotne meritve. Merilnik je bil umerjen s strani ZAG.

Title:
MODIFICATION OF TORQUE MEASURING DEVICE OF CONSTANT VELOCITY JOINT USING SIEMENS S7-1200
Abstract:
This diploma describes updated torque measurement of homokinetic joint, which was done in GKN enterprise. Torque measurement is performed with the help of BURSTER Measurement, Siemens SIWAREX module and Siemens S7-1200 programmable controller system; user interface is interpreted on a TP700 COMFORT touch screen by Siemens. Controller programs and user interface were designed in TIA PORTAL V13. Final program allows us automatic control of total measurement. Measurement was oriented by ZAG.
