Opisali smo njihove lastnosti, raznolikosti in prednosti.

By understanding the diversity of a generation, we can restore the vitality of an organization. It is of a great importance to understand the specific characteristics of each generation separately as one improves with age and the other one comes to work anew. Our organization consists of three generations, among the board of leaders as well as other employees. Conflicts form on a daily basis. However, as such they are not a threat to the organization, it is the ones that remain unsolved that are a distortion in the function of the management of the organization. By proper communication as well as proper way of facing the conflicts, the overall satisfaction in the organization would be better, which would consequently lead to better management of the company.
