Abstract:
V diplomskem delu nas je zanimalo, do kakšne mere lahko o profesionalnem razvoju govorimo v slovenskih osnovnih šolah. Na osnovi literature smo izvedli raziskavo, s katero smo identificirali ključna področja, katera lahko z izboljšavo vplivajo na dvig kakovosti profesionalnega razvoja ter učitelja in posledično vplivajo na rezultate učencev.
