Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen razvoj programske opreme za vodenje popravil na ogrevalnih sistemih. Predstavljen je problem pri posredovanju napak serviserju. Spletni vmesnik je napisan v programskih jezikih PHP, HTML, CSS in JavaScript, uporabljena pa je podatkovna baza MySQL. Z uporabo programa se bo izboljšal odnos s strankami. Serviser bo lažje opravljal svoje delo in možen bo pregled arhiva opravljenih storitev.

INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR SERVICING ORDER
Abstract:
This degree paper presents the progress of software equipment for the management of repairing heating systems. It presents common problems in informing the repairman of errors. The information system is written in programming languages PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. For the database we used MySQL. The usage of this particular program will improve the work relationship between the customer and the repairman. Repairing will be easier and it will be possible to view the archive of completed services.
