Abstract:
V današnjem svetu ostre konkurence in trenutne gospodarske krize se vse pogosteje opaža, da določena podjetja posvečajo premalo pozornosti zaposlenim in samim pogojem za delo. Takšna podjetja dolgoročno zagotovo ne morejo biti uspešna. Menedžerji uspešnih podjetij se namreč zavedajo, da lahko le zadovoljen zaposleni največ prispeva k uspehu in obstoju podjetja. Način in stil vodenja sta ključnega pomena za zadovoljstvo zaposlenih.

Abstract:
In today's world of fierce competition and the current economic crisis it is increasingly noticeable that certain companies are not paying enough attention to the employees and the working conditions. Leadership is a process of interacting others to accomplish the desired goals. Since the leadership is of crucial importance for the competitiveness and survival of the company, it is very important who has a leading function in the company.
