| Abstract: | Tema diplomskega dela je celovita sanacija starejše stanovanjske hiše. Kapilarna vlaga je poškodovala večino fasadnih in notranjih površin. Zaradi starosti objekta in vremenskih vplivov so bili dotrajani tudi nekateri pomembni konstrukcijski elementi. Potrebna sta bila temeljit vizualni pregled in analiza poškodb. Na osnovi pridobljenega znanja iz prakse, na fakulteti in iz strokovnega gradiva sem podal predlog sanacije objekta. Predlagani materiali, metode in postopki sanacije zagotavljajo objektu trajnost, toplotno izolativnost ter odpornost pred zunanjimi vplivi. |
