Title:Optimiranje delovnega mesta za izdelek tip 720 za podjetje Geberit proizvodnja d.o.o.

Abstract:Cilj vsakega podjetja je čim večja konkurenčnost na trgu in optimalni stroški. Na konkurenčnost močno vpliva fleksibilnost proizvodnega programa, kar omogoča hitro prilagajanje glede na zahteve kupca in stabilnost proizvodnega procesa. Na čimbolj optimalne stroške lahko močno vplivamo z zmanjšanjem nepotrebnega internega transporta, saj se z njim ne pridobiva dodana vrednost. V konkretnem primeru bomo stroške internega transporta znižali z uvedbo vmesnega skladišča. Neergonomski položaji in prisilne drže so bolj kot ne že del našega vsakdanjika. Zato se moramo za varovanje in ohranjanje zdravja prilagajati, saj bomo le tako lahko dosegli povečanje učinkovitosti in zadovoljstva delavcev. Ergonomsko oblikovano delovno mesto pomembno vpliva na dobro počutje in vzdušje zaposlenih ter njihovo storilnost. Za podjetje je zelo pomembno, da vzdržuje zdravje zaposlenih in njihovo nizko odsotnost od dela, saj so zdravi delavci temelj uspešnega dela. Pri podjetju Geberit proizvodnja d.o.o. se tega zavedajo. Magistrska naloga se osredotoča na optimizacijo delovnega mesta za izdelek tip 720 v podjetju Geberit proizvodnja d.o.o. Obravnavano delovno mesto ni optimalno urejeno in ponuja veliko možnosti predvsem za ergonomske izboljšave. Z analizo podatkov pridobljenih s strani podjetja so tako predlagane nekatere možne rešitve. Z izvajanjem ustreznih ukrepov bodo delavci tako manj utrujeni in obremenjeni, negativni vplivi na njihovo zdravje pa zmanjšani.

Title:Optimization of working place for product type 720 in company Geberit production d.o.o.
Abstract:The goal of every company is to maximize the competitiveness on the market and optimize costs. Flexibility significantly affects competitiveness of the production process, which also helps adapting to customer requirements and the stability of production process. On optimal costs, we can influence by reducing unnecessary internal transport, since it does not obtain added value. In this case, we will reduce costs of internal transport by adding an intermediate storage. Non-ergonomical positions and forced postures are more or less a part of our everyday life. Therefore we have to adapt to the preservation of health, because this is the way we can keep and increase the efficiency and satisfaction of our employees. Ergonomically designed workplace has a significant impact on the welfare and productivity of the employees. For the company it is very important to maintain health and low absence from work, because healthy and satisfied employees are the cornerstone of successful work. The company Geberit productions d.o.o. is very aware of this. Master thesis focuses on optimizing workplace for the product type 720 in Geberit productions d.o.o. Workplace in not optimally designed and it offers a lot of possibilities, especially ergonomic improvements. By analyzing the data, acquired by the company, we suggest some possible solutions. With the implementation of appropriate measures, workers will be less tired and pressured, therefore negative impact on their health will be reduced.
