| Abstract: | Magistrska naloga opisuje in ocenjuje položaj mladoletnikov ter njihova posebna pravna jamstva v prekrškovnopravnem postopku v Republiki Sloveniji, upoštevaje ureditev v Zakonu o prekrških (ZP-1) in Konvenciji o otrokovih pravicah (KOP) ter dokumentih Organizacije združenih narodov (OZN); in sicer: United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Administration of Juvenile Justice (The Beijing Rules - Pekinška pravila), United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty (The Havana Rules - Pravila iz Havane), United Nations Guidelines for the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency (The Riyadh Guidelines - Smernice iz Riada) in dokumentih Sveta Evrope, in sicer: Recommendation No. R (87) 20 - Social Reactions to Juvenile Delinquency (R (87) 20), Recommendation No. R (88) 6 - Social Reactions to Juvenile Delinquency among Young People coming from Migrant Families (R (88) 6). |
