Dnevno smo priča nastajanju novih inovativnih rešitev, zato so v tej družbi znanja postale inovacije naš vsakdanjik. Ta ustvarja optimalne pogoje za nastajanje in hitro rast start-up podjetij. Za boljše razumevanje delovanja start-up ekosistemov smo se poglobili v njegovo sestavo oziroma deležnike in njihovo vlogo. Posebej obravnavamo slovenski in izraelski start-up ekosistem ter ju primerjamo.

Title:COMPARISON OF STRAT-UP ECOSYSTEMS BETWEEN SLOVENIA AND ISRAEL
Abstract:The technological revolution that we are witnessing in the last few years has brought us into the information age. Daily we witness the emergence of new innovative solutions, and therefore in this society of knowledge innovation has become our daily life. Start-up companies has a special role in this, as they are the most suitable form for the commercialization of these innovations. These temporary organizations that develop innovative products are created with the purpose of rapid growth in global markets. However, since the start-ups are working in uncertain circumstances and it is therefore extremely high mortality, for the emergence and growth of these companies is crucial sufficiently developed start-up ecosystem. This creates optimal conditions for the formation and rapid growth of start-ups. For a better understanding of start-up ecosystem, we delve into its composition, the elements and their role. We are specifically addressing Slovenian and Israeli start-up ecosystem, and their comparison. Slovenia is on good path as a start-up enterprise is developing successfully. However, in comparison with Israel, Slovenian start-up ecosystem is still underdeveloped and shows weaknesses in the financial and human capital and entrepreneurial culture. In the development of Israeli start-up ecosystem we note crucial role of government that systematically encourages all elements of the ecosystem.
