Abstract:
Cilj obratovanja prenosnega in distribucijskega omrežja elektroenergetskega sistema (EES) je zagotavljati kakovosten in zanesljiv prenos električne energije za vse uporabnike. Vsaka RTP ima tako v elektroenergetskem sistemu svojo specifično vlogo. Naloga opredeljuje razloge za izvedbo projekta na strani sistemskega operaterja distribucijskega omrežja, elektroenergetske razmere v Spodnji Savinjski dolini in pa same kriterije načrtovanja, ki jih opredeljuje sistemski operater pri izgradnji tovrstnih objektov. V drugem delu je prikazan postopek načrtovanja RTP, primerjava in prednosti posameznih izvedb stikališča, izbor ter dimenzioniranje vitalne opreme razdelilne transformatorske postaje.

DESIGN OF GIS - SWITCHING SUBSTATION IN TRANSFORMER SUBSTATION ŽALEC
Abstract:
The objective of the operation of transmission and distribution network of the electric power system (EPS) is to provide quality and reliable transmission of electrical energy for all users. Each transformer substation has thus its specific role in the electric power system. The thesis defines the grounds for execution of the project on the side of the distribution system operator, electricity situation in the Lower Savinja Valley and the criteria of planning, which are defined by the system operator for the construction of such facilities. The second part shows the planning process of Transformer substation, the comparison and advantages of individual implementations of switching substation, the selection and dimensioning of the vital equipment of Transformer substation.
