Abstract:
V diplomskem delu bom predstavil različne strategije oz. načine za reševanje problemov v procesu razvoja novega izdelka. Na začetku bom prikazal teoretične pojme s področja inoviranja in razvoja izdelka, nato pa bom predstavil 12 strategij uspeha, ki bi jih moralo upoštevati vsako projektno usmerjeno podjetje.

Abstract:
In my diploma work I will present different strategies for creative problem solving in product development process. In the beginning I am going to describe some theory of product development and innovations and then continue to present 12 strategies for business success.
