Abstract:
Diplomsko delo opisuje potek rekonstrukcije sistema za vodenje in nadzor dela tekstilne linije v Predilnici Litija. Rekonstrukcija je bila potrebna zaradi stanja obstoječih krmilnih omar in njihove razpršenosti po celotnem delu tekstilne linije. Vgrajeni elementi za vodenje in nadzor so bili slabo označeni ali celo nedelujoči. Poleg tega je bila pomankljiva tudi elektro dokumentacija. Problem je bil tako tehnološki, kot tudi vzdrževalski. Rekonstrukcije smo se lotili sistematično, in sicer smo se poučili o tehnološkem procesu in ugotovili število vhodno – izhodnih spremenljivk. Nato smo izdelali potrebno dokumentacijo, krmilni program in vizualizacijo ter izvedli zagon z novim sistemom za vodenje in nadzor.

THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE CONTROL SYSTEM OF A PART OF THE TEXTILE LINE IN LITIJA SPINNING MILL
Abstract:
The diploma paper describes the course of the reconstruction of the control system of a part of the textile line in Litija Spinning Mill, which was necessary due to the condition of the current control cabinets and their dispersion across the part of the textile line. Installed elements of the control system were poorly marked or even nonworking. Moreover, electrical documentation was insufficient. The reconstruction was tackled systematically. First we learned about the technological process, then we determined the number of input – output variables, made the necessary documentation, the control program, and the visualization. The last step was the launch with the new control system.
