Abstract:
Vloga komunikacije je imela vedno pomembno vlogo. Velikega pomena je tudi v organizacijah. Diplomsko delo smo razdelili na dva dela. V prvem delu smo se posvetili teoretičnemu delu. V tem sklopu smo si podrobneje ogledali stacionarno telefonijo, mobilno telefonijo, VOIP tehnologijo ter GSM storitve in njihove delovanje. V drugem delu pa smo preučili trenutno stanje v podjetju. Opisali smo trenutno stanje telefonije in njene strukture. S SWOT analizo smo pogledali stanje pred prenovo. S pomočjo večkriterijskega odločitvenega modela, narejena z orodjem DEXi, smo si pomagali pri odločitvi o izbiri novega telefonskega ponudnika. Podrobneje smo pregledali vsak kriterij posebej. Primerjali smo strukturo telekomunikacij ter stroškov pred prenovo in po njej.

Title:
RENOVATION OF TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM IN COMPANY
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis consists of two parts. In the first, which is theoretical, we have a detailed look at fixed-line and mobile telephony, the VOIP technology, as well as the GSM services and their operation. In the second part, we empirically examine the current state of telephony and its structure. By means of a SWOT analysis, we review the state of telephony prior to its renovation/overhaul/restructuring. We choose a new telephone provider using a multi-criteria DEX-i method, and inspect each criterion in turn. We also compare the structure of telecommunication, and the costs before and after the renovation/overhaul/restructuring.
