Title:MEDOSEBNI ODNOSI V ZDRAVSTVENI NEGI V PROCESU VODENJA

Abstract:Medosebni odnosi v procesu vodenja so ključni dejavnik vsake organizacije za doseganje zastavljenih ciljev in uspešnosti organizacije. Pri tem ima vodja poglavitno vlogo, saj s svojim vodenjem, vedenjem, zgledom, ustrezno komunikacijo vpliva na motiviranost zaposlenih pri svojem delu ter na ustvarjanje pozitivne organizacijske klime. Razmerja med zaposlenimi in razvoj vodje so osnova, na katerih temelji sodobno vodenje, kar je podrobneje predstavljeno v teoretičnih izhodiščih. Dobri medosebni odnosi se razvijajo in ustvarjajo preko komunikacije, le ti v zdravstveni negi vplivajo na kakovost opravljenih storitev. Raziskovalni del diplomskega dela proučuje medosebne odnose med zaposlenimi, medosebne odnose med vodjo in zaposlenimi, medsebojno komunikacijo, motiviranost in dejavnike motivacije pri delu ter organizacijsko klimo v proučevani zdravstveni organizaciji. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 60 anketirancev zaposlenih v zdravstveni negi. Na podlagi Pearsonovega koeficienta smo hipotezam izračunali koeficient korelacije. Na podlagi dobljenih rezultatov smo prišli do zaključka, da med medosebni odnosi: vodenjem, komunikacijo motivacijo ter organizacijsko klimo obstaja povezava, kar smo potrdili in dokazali s postavljenimi hipotezami. Potrebna je profesionalizacija zdravstvene nege, kar bi pomenilo medicinskim sestram avtonomijo. Premik v zdravstveni negi bo narejen takrat, ko bodo zahtevana za delovna mesta vodij znanja s področja managementa in vodenja, kar pomeni ustrezno izobražen kader. Vse življenjsko izobraževanje je pogoj za obstoj zdravstvene nege.

Title:INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS AT NURSING CARE IN PROCESS MANAGEMENT
Abstract:Interpersonal relationships in the process of management are a key factor of every organization for achieve the set goals and successfulness of the organization. A manager has a major role, with his leadership, behavior, to set an example, with appropriate communication affects in motivation of employees and to create a positive organizational climate. Relationships between employees and developing leaders are the basis of the modern management, which is presented in the theoretical perspectives. Good interpersonal relationships are developed and created through communication, it`s affecting in the quality of implemented services in nursing care. The research part of the thesis examines the interpersonal relationships between employees, interpersonal relationships between the leader and the employees, mutual communication, motivation, motivation factors and organizational climate in the studied health oranization. 60 employees in nursing care were involved in reaserch. We calculate the correlation coefficient based on Pearson's coefficient of hypotheses. Based on the results we have come to the conclusion that the interpersonal relations: there is a conection with leadership, communication, motivation and organizational climate, which was confirmed and proved with the hypotheses. To professionalise nursing, would mean nurses autonomy. The shift in nursing care will be made, when knowledges will be required for position of leaders in the field of management and leadership, which means appropriately educated staff. All life education is a condition fort he existence of nursing care.
