Abstract:	V diplomskem delu je predstavljena uvedba elektronskega poslovanja v Protokolu Vlade Republike Slovenije (v nadaljevanju Protokol). Protokol je vladna služba, ki je del državne uprave, njen izdelek ali končni produkt pa je dokumentarno gradivo. Glavni razlog uvedbe elektronskega poslovanja v Protokolu je bil poleg zagotovitve skladnosti poslovanja z Uredbo o upravnem poslovanju tudi zagotoviti dokumentni sistem brezpapirnega poslovanja oz. papirno poslovanje zmanjšati na minimum. Nov način dela je bil uveden za vse dokumente; vhodne, lastne in izhodne. Prav tako je bil uveden tudi nov način arhiviranja dokumentarnega gradiva. Zaposleni v Protokolu sedaj uporabljajo aplikacije SPIS 4, MFERAC (enotni računovodski sistem Ministrstva za finance Republike Slovenije) in UJPnet. Rezultati mnenjske raziskave zaposlenih o uvedbi elektronskega poslovanja in aplikacije SPIS 4 so pokazali, da so zaposleni na splošno zadovoljni z novim načinom dela ter da je aplikacija SPIS 4 pripomogla k učinkovitejšemu reševanju dodeljenih nalog.

Title:	INTRODUCTION OF DIGITAL INTERACTION INTO THE PROTOCOL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA
Abstract:	This diploma thesis presents the introduction of e-commerce within the Protocol of the Republic of Slovenia (hereinafter Protocol). The Protocol is a government office and is a part of the government administration, which main outcome is documentary material. One of the main reasons for the introduction of e-commerce in the Protocol, besides ensuring compliance with Decree on administrative operations, was to setup document management system to support paperless office or to reduce paper documents to a minimum. A new way of working has been introduced for all types of documents; input documents, output documents and their own documents. A new way of archiving was also introduced. Employees of the Protocol now use applications SPIS 4, MFERAC (uniform accounting system of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Slovenia) and UJPnet. The results of the opinion poll conducted among employees, regarding the introduction of e-commerce and application SPIS 4, showed that employees are generally satisfied with the new way of working and that the application SPIS 4 contributed to the effective resolution of the tasks assigned to them.
