Abstract:Slovenija ima na področju obnovljivih virov energije (OVE) ambiciozne cilje, ki med drugim predvidevajo najmanj 25 % delež OVE v bruto končni rabi energije do leta 2020. K uresničevanju teh ciljev so že (in še bodo) pripomogli tudi različni mehanizmi podpor na tem področju, ki pa jih v prihodnje zagotovo čakajo nekatere spremembe. Kje je trenutno Slovenija kot ena izmed DČ EU, kako Slovenija in ostale DČ uresničujejo postavljene cilje, kakšna je nacionalna politika na področju OVE, s kakšnimi težavami se srečujejo DČ in kako delujejo podporni mehanizmi so le nekatera izmed vprašanj na katera odgovarjamo v magistrski nalogi.

Title:The impact of climate and energy policy and European Union law on Renewable energy sources
Abstract:Slovenia has ambitions in the field of renewable energy (RES), 25 % energy from the RES till end of 2020. To achive these goals Slovenia and other member states (MS) have different financial suport shemes for disposal. Because of current changes this shemes have to be rewied. Where at the momest is Slovenia and other MS in the field of RES, what is the legislation basis for RES, what are the problemms that the MS are dealong with, how do the support mechanisms work (are they efficient or not) are some of the questions that we try to give answer in the master thesis.
