Abstract:
V tem diplomskem delu smo v teoretičnem razdelku predstavili fleksibilne oblike zaposlitev in dela, aktivno politiko zaposlovanja in njenimi ukrepi in posebej metodološka pojasnila o sestavi aktivnega prebivalstva, kar je bilo osnova pri pripravi raziskave. V raziskovalnem oziroma empiričnem delu smo preizkusili veljavnost štirih hipotez. Z metodami enostavne opisne statistike smo analizirali obseg in strukturo fleksibilnih oblik zaposlitev in dela za obdobje od leta 2008 do 2014, razlike pri teh oblikah med moškimi in ženskami, razlike med kohezijskima regijama Vzhodna Slovenija in Zahodna Slovenija ter razlike pri fleksibilnih zaposlitvah med mladimi delovno aktivnimi prebivalci (15 do 24 let) in med celotno populacijo delovno aktivnih. Podatke smo pridobili iz javno dostopnih virov Statističnega urada Republike Slovenije (SURS). Rezultate smo obrazložili in jih strnili v zaključkih.

Title:
Analysis of flexible forms of employment
Abstract:
In the theoretical section of this thesis we presented and explained flexible forms of employment and labour, active labor market policy and its actions. In addition we presented methodological explanation of the composition and structure of the active population which represents basis for the preparation of the research. In the empirical part of the research we tested the validity of four hypotheses. By using methods of simple descriptive statistics we analysed the scope and structure of flexible forms of employment and labour in the period from year 2008 to 2014, the gender differences, the difference between two cohesion regions (Eastern and Western Slovenia) and differences in flexible forms of employment between young working people (from 15 to 24 years of age) and employed population in general. All data were obtained from publicly available sources of the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia (SORS). The results are explained and summarized in the conclusions.
