Abstract:Diplomska naloga temelji na analizi možnosti integracije avtonomnih vozil v Sloveniji. V nalogi smo opredelili zgodovinski razvoj avtonomnih vozil, stopnje avtomatizacije konvencionalnih in avtonomnih vozil in pregled tržišča ter opisali tri avtonomna vozila različnih proizvajalcev. V drugem delu smo analizirali podatke, pridobljene z anketnim vprašalnikom in poiskali povezavo med posameznimi lastnostmi anketiranih in njihovim mnenjem o avtonomnih vozilih. Svoje rezultate smo primerjali z rezultati raziskave, izvedene v tujini. Analizirali smo tudi slovensko zakonodajo in podali lastne predloge sprememb v zakonih. Ugotovili smo, da Slovenija še ni pripravljena na integracijo avtonomnih vozil. Ovirajo jo slaba cestna infrastruktura, zakonodaja in nepripravljenost ljudi na predajo nadzora vožnje računalniškim sistemom.

Title:Analysis of Slovenia's readiness for the introduction of avtonomous vehicles
Abstract:The thesis is based on analysis of the possibilities of integration of autonomous vehicles in Slovenia. It includes a historical development of autonomous vehicles, a degree of automation of conventional and autonomous vehicles and an overview of the market. We have presented three autonomous vehicles from different manufacturers. We have also analysed positive and negative consequences that the widespread use of autonomous vehicles will have in the future. We have checked what kind of road infrastructure will be needed to drive autonomous vehicles and what kind of changes in the legislation on road traffic have been introduced abroad. We have checked liability for the accident from the point of view of moral and ethical responsibility. In the second part, we have analysed the data obtained through a questionnaire and found links between the individual characteristics of respondents and their opinion on autonomous vehicles. The results were compared with the results of study carried out abroad. We have also considered the Slovenian legislation and presented our own proposals for changes in the law. We have found out that Slovenia is still not ready to integrate autonomous vehicles. Integration is hampered by poorly maintained road infrastructure, legislation and the reluctance of people to surrender control of driving to computer’s system.
