Abstract:
Diplomsko delo zajema testiranje različnih položajev dodatnega blažilca na odziv pralne grupe pralnega stroja med delovanjem v razvojnem oddelku pralnih strojev v podjetju GORENJE d.d. Namen testiranja je spoznati delovanje pralnega stroja ob uporabi tretjega blažilca. V prvem delu je predstavljen pralni stroj in njegovo delovanje. V nadaljevanju sledi opis matematičnega modela nihanja, kjer smo spoznali teoretično ozadje. V zadnjih dveh delih sta podrobneje opisana eksperimentalno delo in rezultati. Rezultat diplomskega dela predstavlja medsebojna primerjava vplivov dodatnega blažilca na pomik pralne grupe in možnost izbire ustreznega novega položaja za vgradnjo tretjega blažilca.

Title:
Improvement of washing set performance during operation of the washing machine
Abstract:
This diploma work presents the testing of potential positions of an additional damper on response of washing set performance during operation in development department of washing machines in company Gorenje d.d. The purpose of the testing is to determine the behaviour of the washing machine with the additional third damper. In the first part the washing machine and its operation are described. In the second part we explained the mathematical model of the vibrations from theoretical aspect. In the last two parts we presented details of experimental work and results. The results presented in this diploma work show the comparison of effects on washing set produced by applying an additional damper and the possibility of choosing an appropriate new position for the installation of the third damper.
