Abstract:
Namen diplomskega dela je proučiti specifičnosti konstrukcijske priprave za oblačila po meri in oblikovati predlog koncepta delovnega naloga za proizvodnjo za standardne oblačilne velikosti in modificirane oblačilne velikosti. Podjetje Co. Andraž iz Celja je priznano proizvodno podjetje, ki po meri izdeluje oblačila za šport in prosti čas. Za ta namen se za vsakega naročnika izvedejo antropometrična merjenja. Naročnik lahko izbrani model tudi pomeri v ustrezni oblačilni velikosti. Na ta način se določijo vse zahteve modificirane velikosti za znanega naročnika. Izdela se skica v želeni barvni kombinaciji z vsemi detajli. Kljub sorazmerno enostavni rešitvi problema modifikacije oblačilne velikosti nastopijo težave pri serijski proizvodnji. Glede na to so v okviru diplomskega dela proučene specifičnosti konstrukcijske priprave proizvodnje za oblačila po meri. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti specifičnosti priprave krojnih slik in poteka krojenja za standardne velikosti oblačil in priprave krojnih slik glede na modificirane velikosti, ki so dobljene na podlagi antropometričnih meritev naročnika. Cilj tako zasnovanega dela je opredeliti sistemsko rešitev za serijsko izdelavo modificiranih krojev oblačil in oblačil po meri ter zagotoviti minimizacijo stroškov materiala in dela.

The peculiarity of pattern making planning and cutting made-to-measure garments
Abstract:
The purpose of the graduation thesis is to examine a specificity of pattern making for made-to-measure garments, and to form a suggestion of a concept of a work order for a production for standard clothing sizes and modified clothing sizes. The company Co. Andraž located in Celje is a recognised manufacturing company which manufactures made-to-measure garments for sport and leisure. For this purpose anthropometric measurements are performed for each customer. A customer can also try the chosen model in a proper clothing size. In this way, all requirements of the modified size for a known customer are determined. A sketch in required colour combination with all the details is constructed. Despite the relatively simple solution of the problem of clothing size modification, problems occur in serial production. In regard to this, specificities of pattern making of production for made-to-measure garments are examined within the graduation thesis. The purpose of the graduation thesis is to present specificities of preparation of tailoring patterns and the process of tailoring for standard clothing sizes, and preparation of tailoring patterns in regard to modified sizes which are obtained based on anthropometric measurements of a customer. The objective of so designed thesis is to define a system solution for a serial production of modified sewing patterns and made-to-measure garments, and to ensure minimisation of material and work expenses.
