Abstract:	Diplomsko delo v prvem delu podaja teoretični opis aktivnosti, postopkov in stroškov pri procesu graditve enostanovanjske montažne hiše. V drugem delu so teoretična izhodišča prenesena na praktični primer enostanovanjske montažne lesene hiše proizvajalca Panles, Model 75. Za vse aktivnosti in postopke so ocenjeni stroški. Upoštevani so stroški nakupa parcele, izdelave projektne dokumentacije, priključnin komunalnega opremljanja in komunalne ureditve, sklenitve gradbene pogodbe in notarskih zapisov, geodetskih storitev, gradnje objekta in financiranja. Za oceno stroškov so uporabljeni različni viri: informacije s strani občine in upravne enote ter investitorja A, predračuni podjetij ter podatki o višini upravnih taks in notarskih stroškov, dostopni na spletnih straneh. Na podlagi vseh teh podatkov sta izdelana končni predračun stroškov graditve enostanovanjske hiš ter ocena stroškov končne vrednosti, podana na kvadratni meter neto površine objekta.

Title:	Activities involved and cost estimate in the life cycle of the project single family house
Abstract:	This bachelor thesis is comprised of two parts. The first part is theoretical and consists of theoretical description of the activities and costs associated with the process of building single prefabricated houses. The second part of the thesis is practical and it is represented by a real life case. As a case, a single prefabricated wooden house manufatured by Panles (Model 75) is used as a base in order to describe all the construction activities and procedure of cost estimation. The costs associated with purchase of plot, project documentation, setting up utilities, conclusion of construction contract, notarial records, geodetic services, construction of the object and financing of the project are included. In order to estimate the costs, different sources are used: information provided by the municipalities, administrative units and information provided by investor A, as well estimations of costs of companies and data about administrative fees and notary costs available on the websites. Based on above described data, final pro forma invoice for a single house is calculated and a final estimation of costs concerning the final value of the object as well (given per square meter of net surface of the object).
