Title:	Sistemizacija delovnega mesta enterostomalnega terapevta v bolnišnici

Abstract:	V diplomski nalogi smo natančneje pogledali možnosti in postopke za sistemizacijo novih samostojnih organizacijskih oblik na področju zdravstvene nege, kjer bi bila medicinska sestra nosilka dejavnosti. Na področju enterostomalne terapije bi bilo tako delovno mesto mogoče vključiti v organizacijsko shemo kot samostojno delovno mesto ali samostojno službo zdravstvene nege, oboje pa smiselno na nivoju bolnišnice. Ker je lahko ena od preprek za dosego cilja slabo poznavanje in vključevanje medicinskih sester v kadrovsko organizacijske postopke, smo izvedeli raziskavo, v kateri nas je zanimalo, koliko te postopke poznajo in v njih sodelujejo. Podobna vprašanja smo postavili tudi kadroviku institucije in v razpravi primerjali rezultate ankete ter odgovore iz intervjuja. Na osnovi intervjuja smo povzeli tudi postopek in aktivnosti, ki se v izbrani instituciji vodijo v procesu sistemizacije novega delovnega mesta. Da bi postopek sistemizacije čim bolje spoznali, smo pregledali zakonske podlage in zbrali najpomembnejše informacije, ki jih potrebujemo pri pripravi sistemizacije novega delovnega mesta. V zaključku smo povzeli vse zbrane informacije in jih, na nivoju izbrane institucije, uredili in pripravili v teoretični model sistemizacije delovnega mesta enterostomalnega terapevta v bolnišnici, z informacijami, potrebnimi za umestitev v organizacijsko shemo in obrazložitev potrebe po novi službi/delovnem mestu, pripravo pobude in vzorcem opisa del in naloga za delovno mesto enterostomalnega terapevta ter vodjo službe enterostomalne terapije.

Title:	Job systematization for enterostomal therapist in hospital
Abstract:	In this thesis, we specifically looked at the options and procedures for the systemization of new autonomous forms of organization in the field of nursing, where nurse would be a carrier of operations. In the field of enterostomal therapy, such a post could be included in the organizational chart as an independent workplace or a separate department of nursing, both with authorities on the hospital level. As, one of the hindrances to achieve the goal, can be lack of knowledge and involvement of nurses in organizational staffing procedures, we conducted a survey in which we were interested how familiar are they with these procedures and how much they participate in them. Similar issues were also erected to human resources officer in chosen institution. In discussion we compared the results of the survey and the answers from the interview. Based on the interview, we summarized the proceedings and activities in the process of systemization of the new work post in selected institution. In order to gain knowledge about the systemization process we have reviewed the legal basis and gather the most relevant information needed to prepare systemization the new work post. In conclusion, we have summarized all the information gathered and, at the level of selected institutions, edited and compiled them by the theoretical model of systematization of work post of the enterostomal therapist at the hospital; with the information necessary for placement in the organizational chart and explain the need for the new service/workplace, preparation of the initiative and an example for the work place description of the enterostomal therapist and Head of Service of enterostomal therapy post.
