Abstract:

Title:
Monitoring of performance indicators in pharmaceutical production
Abstract:
Efforts to improve productivity in the global competitive environment led to the need for systems to monitor the performance of production processes. The thesis presents an approach, based on the key performance indicator, named OAE (Overall Asset Effectiveness). The OAE measures various kinds of losses in production and indicates the areas for improvements. This thesis demonstrates upgrades and modernization of solutions for the monitoring of performance indicators and distribution of digital content in the specific pharmaceutical company.
