Abstract:V diplomskem delu so predstavljene spremembe vinogradniških in sadjarskih površin na primeru Goriških brd, Koprskih brd, vzhodnih Ljutomersko-Ormoških goric in Vzhodnih Haloz v obdobju med leti 2000 in 2012. Ugotavljali smo spremembe v povezavi z izbranimi naravnimi dejavniki: litološko podlago, nadmorskimi višinami, nakloni, funkcijskimi nakloni, ekspozicijami, globalnim sončnim obsevanjem, povprečnimi letnimi temperaturami, povprečno letno višino padavin in tipi prsti. Spremembe vinogradniških in sadjarskih površin v povezavi z naravnimi dejavniki so predstavljene v navzkrižnih tabelah.

Title:TRANSFORMATION OF WINE AND FRUIT GROWING SURFACES ON PROBE AREAS IN SLOVENIA IN CONNECTION WITH THE SELECTED NATURAL FACTORS
Abstract:This thesis presents changes in vineyard and fruit-growing surfaces in the case of Goriška brda, Koprska brda, the east Ljutomersko-Ormoške gorice and East Haloze in the period between the years 2000 and 2012. In selected areas, viticulture is one of the main agricultural sectors, but fruit farming is also important since both activities are often intertwined. Changes were observed in conjunction with selected natural factors: lithological basis, altitude, incline, functional inclines, expositions, global solar radiation, the average annual temperatures, average annual precipitation and soil types. We obtained data on natural factors from the geographic database of the digital terrain model with cell size 25 m × 25 m. We analysed the changes in the directions of fruit-growing and wine-producing regions with the help of layers on land use for the years 2000 and 2012. The changes of wine and fruit-growing areas in conjunction with natural factors are presented in cross tables. We found that, during the period between 2000 and 2012, the vineyard surfaces decreased in all regions except in Goriška brda, but the opposite applies for fruit-growing surfaces. These increased in all areas accept in the area of Koprska brda. The relationship between the two variables, that is, between wine and fruit-growing surfaces and the natural factors, was given to us by the Cramer correlation coefficient (Cramér's V). The greatest connection in all selected areas is between wine and fruit-growing surfaces and soils. The exposition only had a minimum impact on wine-growing and fruit-growing surfaces in Goriška brda. In Koprska brda, the lithologic basis had the smallest impact on the vineyard surfaces and global solar radiation on the fruit growing surfaces.
